Lovely.
Excellent friendly welcome. Room and bedding clean. Toiletries and towels supplied Good sized room and bathroom. Family run and all members we interacted with were lovely. Even giving us a bottle of local wine 🍷. Very helpful in making recommendations for local eateries and attractions. Parking included was easy and on the property. Was quiet at night. Thoughtfully and beautifully decorated throughout. There are seating areas; balconies, a soft seating area on the first floor. Seating and tables on the ground floor which doubled as a dining/ breakfast area and seating in the front garden. Although, no fridge in our room; there was a large fridge / freezer which could be utilised by clients staying at the hotel. There was also complimentary tea and coffee available. Would stay again. Just lovely people.. nice property.
All clean towels supplied ( bath and hand), except floor towel for standing on once showered. We travelled with our own so wasn’t an issue for us but might be for somebody else. Property during our stay was unfortunately affected by drought in the area so the shower was a little lacklustre but I mentioned this and the Owner explained the reason. Sink tap and toilet had excellent pressure. Not all rooms had aircon on our visit as we were offered a larger room but there was no aircon in there so we chose the cozier room which had aircon and we did need it during our stay.
