  Nice Stay - great location

  excellent location, nicely appointed, very clean and well maintained. The check in process was very straight forward and easy, the only thing that I had to wait half an hour while they finished cleaning. (arrived 5.15pm). Not a big deal though. The apartment is very nice which is the main thing.

  The apartment would benefit from having a small table and two chairs for using at breakfast or for working. It was very uncomfortable sitting on the one wooden stool that they provided at the breakfast counter. It was missing screws and I had to buy some gaffa tape to stop it from disintegrating.

  Room canceled by host at last minute

  I booked this location months ago, and emailed the property on Thursday to ask if early check-in might be possible for Friday. I got an email back saying it could not be guaranteed. Then I got a message saying there were system problems and that I did NOT need to reconfirm payment. (I had not gotten any notifications asking me to confirm...) The next message I got was at 1508 on Friday (52 minutes before check-in) stating that my reservation was canceled. I responded the message three times AND tried to call the number listed several times, with no response at all. When I checked my credit card, the amount had been refunded to my card on Thursday, at the same time I got a message saying I did NOT need to confirm payment. 🤯 This "inconvenience" cost me over $400 over what I would have paid for this location, since I had to scramble to find a room in the same area to meet my needs. I have received no further communication explaining what happened. This is unacceptable!

  READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

  First impressions.. Bad Arrived early at 10:30 am while check in was at 4 pm. After a 14 hour flight expected some curtesy but no. Had to wait in the lounge for 5 hours till check in time. The lounge and entrance Looked Nice but sadly filled with flying insects which made the wife think of higene of the place. The name was completely different. it says Millennium apartments which is differing from "Pentagon Luxe Apartments" At the reception, the man asked us "which apartment?" and I was confused. I showed him the booking info and he simply said he doesn't know but we need to wait till 4pm. We waited and for a hosting service, not a single person approached us asking if we needed anything or help.. Absolute zero. By 4pm we approached the reception again with a lady explaining to us the whole issue which is a sub-lease arrangement!! . The apartment is being sub- leased by another person hiding behind the name of "Pentagon Luxe Apartments" so nothing to do with them. Contact is only via booking app messaging. At that moment a message reached us from this person advising the room number and that the door is open and keys are inside. We headed to the apartment only to be greeted by a cleaning lady. The place was shocking. Absolutely DIRTY in short. Old broken furniture thrown in, a dirty smelly kitchen with dirty appliances, the squeezing low budget beds, bed sheets and pellows with stains, damaged shades and surprisingly as I found out, later no cleaning service included but it can be arranged as per that person message. My wife wanted to leave immediately. The advertised pictures included a couple of shots of the Main lobby which looked impressive and luxurious in away. Other photos were from the apartments taken professionaly to give the impression of spaciousness which I believe made Many people fall for the scam.
