Lovely large apartment in perfect location. Great for a large group
Location was perfect Contact with host was excellent prior to arrival but when we required help with a couple of issues the communication ended.
WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay, reported the issue but wasn’t rectified. Two of the group had to work during our stay, had to go to a cafe to use their WiFi. Advised that there was 3 toilets, there wasn’t. There was a locked door that I asked about which could have been a toilet but host never got back to me about it. Requested a late check out and was charged, confirmation never received. Was promised a refund of the fee, didn’t happen Access to the balcony was borderline dangerous so no one used it.

nie mehr wieder für den PREIS,.., ABZOCKE
Die Lage ist sehr gut
Die beiden Appartment waren nicht ordentlich vorbereitet ,, In einem Appartment war keine Bettwässche vorbereitet ,Keine Handtücher und Toilettenpapier etc ,, Kein WLAN Anschluss möglich , da Kennwort nicht passte obwohl Signal da war . Trotz allen technischen Maßnahmen ( IT Kenner ) kam es zu keiner Verbindung -.- keine Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber !! Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht .. nur emails mit Versprechen und Vertröstungen . keine praktische Reaktionen und Lösungen ,, kein persönlicher Anruf oder Kontakt .,, vermutlich nur KI Response ,, Auf keinen FALL dem Preis und der Leistung WERT ! ABZOCKE! Die Türen hatten keinen Rahmen mehr , die Toilettenspülung war kaputt und eine Menge Löche am Fußboden --- sehr schlechte Qualität .. ganz billige der Stühle ,, CAMPING Stühle im WOHNZIMMER udn ESSZIMMER ! In der Küche gab es keine Weingläser , nur Biergläser und die waren alle unterschiedlich an Größe etc .. buntes Gemisch an Porzellan und Geschirr,
