  De ligging, en de ruimte van het prachtige penthouse op zich.

  Het was niet schoon ten we aankwamen, maar na 1 telefoontje werd alles opgelost. Ook was het enorm warm in het huis en in de slaapkamers. De wespennesten op de balkons zorgden ervoor dat we de balkons niet konden gebruiken helaas.

  الموقع ممتاز، والإطلالة جميلة جدًا، كما تتوفر جميع الخدمات بالقرب من السكن، مثل محلات السوبرماركت والمطاعم، ويمكن الوصول إليها بسهولة سيرًا على الأقدام. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view. All essential services, including supermarkets and restaurants, are available nearby and can easily be reached on foot.

  للأسف، لم تكن الغرف نظيفة بالشكل المطلوب، وكان هناك عفن في زوايا الغرف. كما أنني شعرت بخيبة أمل كبيرة من تعامل صاحبة السكن بعد مغادرتي، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بمبلغ التأمين البالغ 300 يورو. أنصح الضيوف بالانتباه إلى مبلغ التأمين لانه لن يسترد لك. من تجربتي بدأت صاحبة السكن بعد المغادرة بطرح اتهامات لمحاولة الاحتفاظ بمبلغ التأمين، ومن ضمنها اتهامي بالتسبب في تلف أرضية منطقة طاولة الطعام، وهذا غير صحيح. الأثر الموجود على الأرضية كان موجودًا بالفعل قبل دخولي إلى السكن، ويبدو أنه ناتج عن قاعدة الطاولة الفولاذية التي كانت قد تركت أثرًا على الأرضية مسبقًا. كما أنني قمت بإخراج جميع النفايات من السكن وتركته كما كان عند وصولي، بل وقمت بتنظيف جميع الأطباق في غسالة الأطباق لأن بعضها كان متسخًا عند وصولي، وبسبب طريقة التعامل مع موضوع التأمين، قررت وضع تقييم سيء . Unfortunately, the rooms were not cleaned properly, and there was mould in the corners of the rooms. I was also very disappointed with the host’s behaviour after my departure, especially regarding the €300 security deposit. I would advise future guests to pay close attention to the security deposit. Based on my experience, after my departure the host started making various allegations in an attempt to keep the deposit. One of the allegations was that I had damaged the floor around the dining table, which is not true. The mark on the floor was already there before I entered the property and appears to have been caused by the steel base of the table, which had already left a mark on the floor. I also removed all the rubbish from the property and left it tidy, just as it was when I arrived. In fact, I even put all the dishes in the dishwasher because some of them were already dirty when I arrived.
