    Location and views exceptional. Parking adjacent big plus. Great restaurant at end of car park. Shop on ground floor.

    Exterior entrance etc. Is very shabby.

    Great stay in a bright, modern apartment with nice views in a great location.

    Great location. Nice balcony for view and sitting out having coffee. Spotless interior and great bathroom/ shower. Good range of utensils and good size fridge. Appreciated the few coffee pods left for us as well.

    Only a couple of minor negatives. Pillows were a bit lumpy. Lift to apartment is very small so not not great if you’re claustrophobic.

    Kada sam kao srednjoškolac prvi puta posjetio Zadar i oduševio se njegovom baštinom i ljepotom, pomislio sam kakvu sreću imaju stanari onoga elegantnog nebodera podignutom u stilu Le Corbusiera preko puta Poluotoka. Sada sam mogao ondje odsjesti, na vrhu toga nebodera, sa upravo spektakularnim pogledom na Zadar, na more, otoke… Sâm apartman je vrlo elegantan, prozračan, ugodan, a doručak na prostranom balkonu privilegij kakvim se malo tko može pohvaliti. Hvala na gostoprimstvu!

    Het appartement lag op een goede plaats. En de dienstverlening was ook goed.

    De lift was heel eng en oud en klein om naar een 10 de verdiep te moeten. Het was niet echt netjes in het appartement. Er was een sterke rioolgeur aanwezig vanuit de badkamer. Bij aankomst voelde het koffieapparaat heel vettig aan.

    Het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Super locatie, op korte afstand van het oude centrum. Gratis parkeerplek bij het gebouw.
