    La situation dans une rue calme, la climatisation

    Les oreillers étaient catastrophiques, il n’y avait aucun siège dans la chambre du bas pour pouvoir s’assoir contrairement à la photo de l’annonce, ni de bbq malgré la photo de la terrasse.

    Ondanks de ongemakken die genoemd zijn, was het verblijf heerlijk!

    De grootte van het appartement en de rustige ligging net buiten het centrum omdat er geen auto’s door de straat kunnen rijden.

    Vaatwasser die niet werkte; kraan in de keuken lekte, waar ik melding van gedaan had maar er is nooit iemand geweest om deze te repareren,onlogische indeling van het appartement en geen tafel binnen om aan te ontbijten behalve een barretje of de overdekte serre waar het 41 graden was….

    La ubicación es fantástica. El apartamento nuevo, limpio y tiene de todo. Tiene dos lavabos fuera de la zona de ducha y váter, lo que agiliza mucho el tema duchas.

    En el piso de arriba no hay persianas por lo que si te molesta la luz es bueno llevar antifaz.

    Una estancia perfecta en Dénia.

    El duplex está muy bien decorado, todo de alta calidad. Cocina impecable. Las terrazas geniales. Todo de gama alta. 100% recomendable.
