  מיקום מעולה. מיזוג , מעלית, הצק אין קל. בעלת הבית אווה מקסימה.

  הדירה מאוד מאורת ללא וילונות כהים מה שלא מאפשר שינה מאוחרת למי שמתעורר עם אור ראשון.

  A mostly great place but know what you’re getting

  Very nice rooms, comfortable and with great air conditioning, which was good because we were there during a heatwave. The place has just about everything you could need. It was conveniently located to the old part of town and also to public transport.

  It’s described as a penthouse apartment but I don’t think that’s quite accurate. The bedrooms, bathroom and dining area are inside but the kitchen is outside in a little balcony type space sitting around a courtyard, which because the place is on the 5th floor, leaves a big drop in the middle. Of course there is a fence or railings but I wouldn’t stay here with young children. It was also very hot cooking in the kitchen area and not ideal if you plan on cooking a lot. The place has everything you need but I wasn’t prepared for the layout. I think that could be made clearer so people know what to expect.

  Gerne jederzeit wieder. Wir haben es extrem genossen.

  Es war abolut traumhaft und alles hat auf Anhieb und perfekt geklappt. Der Schlüssel war wie vorgängig informiert deponiert und die Vermieterin Eva hat uns später herzlich willkommen geheissen und uns ihre Hilfe angeboten, falls wir etwas brauchen sollte. Auch am Abreisetag waren wir zeitlich etwas knapp dran, jedoch wurden wir enorm herzlich und freundlich verabschiedet. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Also eine absolute Empfehlung. Die Dusche ist ein Highlight, da diese in einer ehemaligen Saune ist. Man hat also riesig viel Platz in der Dusche kann sich quasi verweilen dort. ;-) Küche mit Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine, Tumbler und überall alles nögite wie Waschmittel vorhanden. Geschirr usw. alles vorhanden.

  Habe nichts auszusetzen. Es war einfach perfekt.

  Çok keyifli ve konforluydu

  Dairenin konumu o kadar güzeldi ki, Nestroyplatz durağının direkt dibinde desem az kalır. Bu durak ana metro hattının duraklarından biri bu metro ile tüm tarihi yerlere o kadar kolay ulaşabilirsiniz ki seyahat konforunuzu çok arttırıyor. Aynı zamanda dairenin bulunduğu konum rahatça kahve içmek alışveriş yapmak için çok alternatifi olan bir bölgeydi. Daire 6 kişiyi çok rahat ağırlayacak şekilde hazırlanmıştı kullanım alanları çok konforluydu. Çatıdan ışık gelme konusunda perdeler yeterli zaten günü ilk saatlerinde güneş direkt sizi rahatsız etmiyor bu yüzden çok keyifli bir daireydi. Klima çok sorunsuz çalıştı gerçekten o konuda çok rahat ettik. Ev sahibi sevgili Eva hanıma çok teşekkür ederim çünkü kendisine birçok konuda sorular sormam gerekti ver her seferinde çok kibar bir şekilde bana yardımcı oldu. Onun bu sıcak kanlılığı açıkcası bizi daha rahat ve güvende hissetmemize sebep oldu. Mutfak çok yeterliydi, banyo da aynı şekilde. Birçok otel de bulunamayan imkanları burada bulabilme şansımız olması güzeldi. Binanın asansöre sahip olması da bizim için çok kullanışlı oldu. Eve giriş yapmak çok pratik ve kolaydı.

  Tek önerebileceğim şey yastıklar. Biraz fazla yumuşak tabi kişisel bir tercihtir. Benim için çok kullanışlı değildi.
