    Do not recommend.

    The view from the apartment.

    We were very disappointed with the preparation of the apartment. Despite the host knowing four guests would arrive and us paying for four, the accommodation was only set up for two. We found a welcome pack for two, only two glasses, and just one roll of toilet paper for a long stay. Leaving guests with a single roll of toilet paper is unacceptable. The overall cleanliness also fell short of expectations.

    Nice views but 3* quality for 5* price

    Excellent views of Como

    Poor quality fittings, water supply issues over several days, outdoor furniture low quality and damaged, outdoor areas not well maintained eg awning still covered in winter leaves, cushions damp. Generally unloved and needs update for premium prices charged. Location needs car as no footpath to town plus road noise is significant

    Very good

    Nice view of Menaggio. Very good pool area.

    There was no water supply for 2 days, and we had to bring water from the pool to flush the toilet.

    Absolutely brilliant accommodation, loved Menaggio and Lake Como. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this

    The views are amazing from this property. Spacious and very comfortable.

    Trying to track up the hill with large luggage isn’t possible. But well worth it for the views😍

    Beautiful beautiful home! Located 6 minutes away from the center of menaggio. There’s accessible parking & the property is very secured. There are other home owners in the residence, however, we felt like we were alone. The property managers are quick to respond via WhatsApp if you have any questions or can’t figure something out.
