The location, the design and furnishing, the kitchen and shower unit.

I would suggest the following to make it an excellent experience for guests: 1. Provide a couple of dish cloths and some cleaning cloths to make it easier to wipe the hob and kitchen surfaces. 2. Provide a floor towel/ matt in the bathroom so that the floor does not get wet after a shower 3. Improve the lighting in the bathroom, it’s too dark 4. Provide a small instruction manual which includes basic instructions for opening the roof top windows, operating the cooker, hob and instructions for garbage, etc 5. The instructions sent for opening the door were a little misleading. It needs to say that the plastic round disc provided should be placed over the numbered digits on the lock (as opposed to on the illuminated digital display) after pressing any of the digits on the door lock.

    Quiet and enjoyable stay

Location, cleanliness and facilities location and ease of access.

The towels are worn out and need to be replaced with new ones with better quality. Limited supply of tea, coffee, detergent and sugar.
