Be mindful your reservation maybe cancelled with not much notice

Nothing, don't even have chance to check-in as host cancelled the booking within less than 24 hours of our arrival.

Property owner cancelled the booking within less than 24 hours of our arrival. Told us it was due to booking.com cancel our reservation and later on said the cancellation is because we've not made payment. The property owner have our direct contact details and could have inform us if no payment was received; the booking.com system would allow owner to charge us even if we did not show up. Therefore we have no idea why cancel our reservation other than we can only assume this property owner have double booked or decided to on-sell the space to someone else on different platform for higher price. Later on suggests they could relocated us to another different property - not sure whom will have any faith in their business practices after all these. Awful way for treating the customers.

    Luxury Rooftop Bliss

The place was simply stunning, felt such luxury while we were there !! Beds were so comfy and bathrooms were so clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and the rooftop area is so big ! Great views from the jacuzzi and it was so warm !! Staff were great and so attentive! Highly recommend this place to anyone !

We had a fridge which wouldn't stop beeping due to a faulty sensor, but the panel was temporarily disabled for the rest of our stay and they were going to fix it, so all good ! One of the top cupboards in the kitchen wouldn't stay closed, but again they were made aware of that too. Nothing bad, this place is awesome !!

Peaceful & relax time in heaven

This place is nuts! Rooftop jacuzzi was super relaxing, luxurious , the staff went above and beyond at all times, from suggesting restaurants, delivery market door to door, etc place is better than pictures..

Read; is a historic building small letters
