In Tulum in general it is common to have power and water outages due to the large number of constructions including the Mayan train. This problem is out of our hands, we can't bring her back.     Magnifique hôtel, nous étions 7 nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est parfait la piscine est vraiment magnifique ,un vrai hôtel de luxe

    La route est cabossée donc difficile pour accéder mais en roulant doucement on y arrive. Tout les terrains en vente autour qui montrent les chantiers et déchets jetés partout

    Spent the holidays and my birthday in December. First time staying at an AirBNB in Tulum. The place was great, location

    Great location. Host was amazing. Safe and comfortable.

    I think a last minute spruce up of the place would have made a difference. The place smelled like it had been closed up for a month before we arrived.
