    Muchas gracias muy limpio muy bonito

    Que todo estaba muy cerca de los sitios turísticos caminamos y lo único parking no logramos entrar a que era pero un poquitico más de especificación pero está muy bien todo muchas gracias la pasamos muy bien esperamos que nos respondan que dejamos muy bien y limpio el apartamento gracias buen día

    Very poor hygiene! Half-eaten chocolate bar in drawer, dirty floor, and awful smell!

    The apartment on itself is spacious and has all of the amenities that you need, but there are a couple of points that are very disappointing:

    False advertisement: - The rooftop POOL WAS CLOSED the whole time of our stay. We paid for a facility that we weren’t able to use. Hygiene: - There was a half-eaten chocolate bar in one of the drawers. GROSS! - The washing machine smells awfully like mold, and your laundry smells the same after it comes out of it (we did 2 cleaning cycles before using it, which shouldn’t be necessary for guests to do in the first place. It still smelled awful. - The floor is vacuumed but not properly cleaned. White socks were stained brown after walking on the floor. - All of the towels and the bed sheets are black, which makes it impossible to tell whether they are clean or not. - The blow dryer is sticky, and the paint peels off of it. Furniture: - The chairs at the dining table are very unstable and feel like they are falling apart every second. - The foot pedal of the trash can is damaged and doesn’t work. Internet: - During our stay of 7 days we had 3 periods of 30-60 minutes in which the internet just didn’t work.
