    With higher cleaning standard, the room can be lovely

    The location is good for lotte shopping mall

    There is hair on the floor and in the cupboard. Bathroom with bedroom upstairs and toilet downstairs that cause inconvenience for the night toilet use. Pillows have yellow stains, too high for the neck. Suggest offering different styles and regular cleaning. Sofa smells due to high humility in Hanoi. Suggest regular cleaning.

    非常に残念でした。もう二度と宿泊はしません。

    良かった点は何も無し。

    空調が正しく作動しない。トイレの臭気が気になる。シャワーの水量が少ない。
