La ubicación es excelente, el sitio estaba limpio y el personal era muy agradable y atento. El desayuno es bastante completo
Las camas. Los colchones eran muy delgados e incómodos en las tres camas, no tuvimos un buen descanso.

Mitten im Zentrum. Auch der Parkplatz war nicht weit weg.
Die Badezimmertür von einem Meter Höhe war eine Zumutung.

Stay at a Place That Cares About YOU!

We rented this penzion in good faith expecting staff to be there. The rental came with a buffet breakfast, as shown in photos. Instead there was no one there. No staff at all. No working wifi for 24 hours. No other guests for two days. We had to call the owner going back and forth sending screenshots texts for 1 hour and 30 minutes, (instead of going to the gothic castle) before she came over and rebooted it. There were no other guests in the building. Rather than providing the buffet breakfast as advertised, a note was left to go to a cafe when where we found out breakfast was budgeted at 180 CZK (not enough for 1 coffee, food and juice..we ordered 1 coffee, eggs and juice...the cafe staff told us we had to pay for the juice since it exceeded 180 CZK!!!). Not at all like a full service buffet that was depicted in photos. Only our room was rented out during our stay. The proprietor claimed she was sick but not so sick that she couldn't pop by for 5 minutes to reboot the wifi after wasting 1 hour and 30 minutes of our travel time trying to get us to fix it. If she could not, or with only 1 rental, did not want to deliver on what was agreed to she should have informed us and we would have booked elsewhere. We did not get what we paid for. This was the old bait and switch and it is wrong.
