Funny spot, but much better than I expected - the area is really cool, and even if its beside a train station, trains didnt disturb us. Its totally ok for one night maybe even for a few nights but we didnt stay that much to evaluate that:)
there was some strong "clean smell" as if they sprayed right before we arrived which for me was irritating, but my nose is quite sensitive. (better than stinky though)
