    Klassisches Vorstadt-Gasthaus mit ein paar Gästezimmern und Restaurantbetrieb. Freundliche Betreiber, alles einwandfrei, Fahrräder konnten über Nacht im Gebäude versperrt werden, Frühstück so halb a-la-carte und tadellos. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen altmodisch, aber sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Gibt nichts auszusetzen. (Übrigens, wichtig für uns: es gibt zwar keinen Wasserkocher zum Tee kochen im Zimmer, aber einen zur allgemeinen Verwendung am Gang vor den Zimmern.)

    Die Zimmer sind unterm Dach und können im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich recht heiß werden (war für uns aber kein Problem).

    A pension a little outside of Bytča

    Good sized room and a helpful English speaking staff member. They provided me with a boxed breakfast as I wanted to leave early. Restaurant downstairs was very convenient. There was a function on with music, but it did not disturb me in my room. Note that the entrance is at the back from the car park.

    It is a little way out of Bytča with its castle, Wedding Palace, coffee shops, square etc.. More expensive than similar places I have stayed at on this trip through Slovakia.
