The location was perfect, near all the activities in the area.
Disappointing experience and unreasonable extra charges I forgot to mention in advance that we were travelling with our dog, and I fully acknowledge that this was my mistake. However, the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The woman came storming upstairs and immediately accused us of deliberately trying to hide our dog. She didn't speak English and her Polish was also very limited, which made communication extremely difficult. I specifically search for dog-friendly accommodation when booking, so I had every reason to believe dogs were allowed. Nevertheless, she acted as if we had done something terribly wrong. I asked how much extra we needed to pay for the dog. Initially, she said €20. When I handed her the €20, she suddenly changed it to €20 per night, bringing the total to €40. Considering the room itself cost €160, I find this absolutely ridiculous, especially given how old, outdated, and poorly maintained the room was. Again, I take responsibility for forgetting to mention our dog. However, immediately jumping to conclusions, treating guests with such hostility, and charging an excessive additional fee are entirely different matters. A little understanding, basic communication, and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, none of those were present during our experience.

Wszystko super bardzo blisko przejście (kładka do Sromowiec) sklepy restauracje,wynajem rowerów,spływ Dunajcem bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Pozdrawiam personel i na pewno tam wrócimy Rafał i Agnieszka:))
Słaby internet i mógłby być toster.
