Superb place to stay in Rome.
My friend and I we loved our 5 night stay in PeoniaMaxima House very much. We felt there like we are home. Place is very inviting, ecstatically pleasing, provides comfortable beds, all the toiletries in bathroom, kitchen is well equipped, TV in each bedroom. Location is great. To us was perfect 10.00. Thx for having us.

Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’appartement est impeccable, équipé de tout ce qu’il faut, et les hôtes sont adorables. O
Tout était parfait ! L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable et extrêmement bien équipé — on y trouve absolument tout le nécessaire, y compris pour le petit-déjeuner : lait, yaourts, pâtes, biscuits, café, thé et même des épices. L’hôte et son mari sont d’une grande gentillesse et très disponibles. L’emplacement est également idéal, à proximité du métro pour rejoindre facilement le centre historique, et entouré de supermarchés (Carrefour, Lidl, Conad), de cafés et de restaurants. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica: a due passi dalla metro B Bologna, con molti servizi vicini ma in una via dove regna la tranquillità. La colazione ha superato le mie aspettative, pensavo di non trovare quasi nulla invece ha sorpreso pure me che posso mangiare poco e niente. Anna, la proprietaria, con la sua gentilezza e umanità ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua (e anche meglio), pensando ad ogni minimo dettaglio. La casa pulitissima, impeccabile, con arredamenti freschi e tutto nuovo. Il letto è comodissimo e presenta pure il topper, non dormivo cosi bene da settimane. Ringrazio Anna per averci permesso un soggiorno all'insegna del comfort e per averci fatto sentire coccolati, in una situazione in cui il viaggio non era di piacere ma per motivazioni poco piacevoli
