Clean, good AC, beds comfortable. Great place. Location close to grocery store , small bars, and kartville entertainment.

Need a larger coffee maker for such a large house. Could use a gas grill instead of the charcoal one there and better potts/pans to cook.

Stayed state wrestling tournament hope to stay again next year for same purpose.

Good location for getting to event venue and places to eat. The games in the basement were great for the kids to enjoy in the evenings.

Should let guest know to bring cooking and serving utensils with them for their stay.
