Good apartment let down by communication with the host.

Nice newly renovated upstairs / 1st floor apartment. OK location but a little run down. Parking provided on site

Stressful wait for contact with the host to give key lock box code for access to the apartment. Finally accessed > 2 hours after our latest advised ETA to the host. We all make mistakes but…….!😏 Noisy neighbour / loud music until circa 11pm. Dirty & junk in yard entrance.
