    Denied by stay on arrival & Sold for better price to another customer offline.

    The host denied my stay on arrival and sold for better price to another customer offline. They have denied my stay after having confirmed booking and on arriving at the location. The host is rude and unapologetic. Such properties should be banned on platforms. My whole family was under distress because of their unethical practices.

    The cottage it located on the main road, so it was very easy to locate. Very spacious living room, dining area, bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The caretaker, Mansoor bhaiya was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. He also guided us on which places to go in Wayanad and helped arrange a rickshaw for us. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable stay and recommended for friends as well as family.
