The rooms and facilities were fine. What turned me off was the breakfast. Hardly anything to eat especially for someone like me that need protein to check my sugar. Normally I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again but the bad breakfast turned me off so I wouldn't stay there again.
Breakfast was terrible

This property was very clean and comfortable. The personnel were very nice. I appreciate the special accommodation made for the storage of my bicycle. There is a Winco supermarket next door which made it very convenient to purchase microwavable food to prepare with the microwave oven in the room.

If you aren't expecting the Ritz on a budget, you'll be happy with this facility.
Not a 5 star hotel, but for the price I wasn't expecting one, but I'll give this one an 8/10 which is for me very good for a budget friendly hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, well furnished. This is an older building, but in good to great condition. Staff was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast wasn't a feast, but for the price point it was as good as expected. If you want a really nice breakfast then spend $50-$100 more a night and you'll probably get a breakfast with a lot more choices.
Other than I'd rather have LVT flooring than carpet in rooms not much other stuck out. One thing I do want to mention as a nurse. The Hotel should have a sharps container in the common area. My wife takes allergy shots and does an injection for her cholesterol. I'm sure plenty of other guests take insulin on a regular basis also. I asked at check-in about a sharps container for her used needles since her shots were due the next morning. The lady that checked us in said that was a good question she hadn't thought about. When I returned the luggage cart after taking our stuff to the room she said she had found sharps containers. They were located in the laundry room. The small one was basically full, so someone had been using them. The next morning when I asked the new clerk and he had no idea about sharps either. Told him they were in the laundry room and he took me there to properly dispose of the dirty needles. Since the clerks new nothing about them, and there was used needles in them, I'm afraid that the housekeepers have been having to remove them from rooms and place them in the containers. If housekeepers are having to handle used needles it opens them up to a wide variety if blood born pathogens from accidental needle sticks. A sharps container in the lobby where people could find it hopefully would prevent housekeeping from having to handle dirty needles.
