Le personnel.
L'hôtel n'est pas du tout entretenu. Il y avait du moisi autour de la baignoire. La chambre du sixième étage n'est pas desservie par l'ascenseur. Il faut monter un étage de plus par un escalier. Le système de verrouillage de la chambre date de 25 ans. La piste magnétique s’efface tout le temps. Le petit déjeuner est de très faible qualité. Pour le prix il vaut mieux aller manger ailleurs. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Très décevant et stressant
En arrivant nous n’avons pas eu notre suite mais une chambre sans balcon et toute petite. Dans notre suite 25m2 avec balcon, vu sur le Bosphore, wc séparé, baignoire balneo,nous avons eu une énorme inondation donc encore changement de chambre. 3 déménagement en 7 jours 😡 Le petit déjeuné était sommaire pas de viennoiseries et de fruits ainsi q’un « jus d’orange chimique ».Quand aux repas le soir pour 24 € pas de choix de légumes chaud (riz ou pâtes) 2 viandes et un dessert sucré (riz au lait) ceci toute la semaine

Hotel merkezi konumda istanbulun tam merkezinde. Ayrica resepsiyon gorevlileri cok yardimsever. Memnun kaldim mutlaka tekrar ziyaret edicem.

Отличное расположение, рядом метро, Истикляль, много кафе и ресторанов. Завтрак в отеле скромный, но вполне качественный, номер просторный. Есть небольшой бассейн, сауна и хамам
Удивила ванная прямо в комнате, без шторки и без двери. Кондиционер в номере не работал, было очень душно и жарко, наши обращения не помогли. Лифты уставшие. Хамам был холодный, когда мы пришли
