    Good location and access to local attractions.

    Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Very responsive owner to questions and directions.

    Not the property but a reflection on the neighborhood. Someone in the neighborhood was working for the weekend ! 😆- Friday evening playing or feeling his loud heavy bass music until 1:30am. Pity his bleeding ears ! 😆 Aside from that a comfortable stay.

    Preventive Maintenance

    I liked the location I liked the layout of the Condo.

    I didn't like the unclean sofa. White chips of some form of trash. Possibly wall or ceiling textured material. (Far Right of the living room on the sofa). I didn't like the unpainted walls in each room. It made your condo look as though it wasn't cleaned throughly. Paint job needed! It would really make the condo more inviting.

    Excellent location to the Nationals ballpark and the Navy Yards. Condo was very clean and a few nice complimentary touches along the way. Didn't use Metro but it is close by which is a plus. I would stay again on future visits to area.

    Only early check in if it was possible.
