    A good and comfortable apartment in a really great location.

    A comfortable, spacious apartment with good dimensions. The kitchen was particularly functional and generally a pleasant space. Access to the town centre was excellent. We enjoyed our stay!

    Pre-arrival communications processes were cumbersome and, at times, ineffective. I had to phone the managers on arrival to get the access code for the keybox. It had been sent to my email which was not functioning on the doorstep of the premises! The access lock was tricky to operate and needs replacing.

    Good location but definitely not worth the price.

    Location was good.

    It didn’t feel clean. Bed was lumpy. Awful during a heatwave and the fans didn’t seem to be powerful enough to cool down a room. We checked out after one night even though we booked for two.

    Location was great and it was the most spacious place we stayed in Europe. It was also nice having washer/dryer. With the heat while we were in the UK, a wall air conditioner unit and more fans would be helpful. The only other issue was the hall toilet basically did not flush. These items combined to make the price for what we got feel a little high. Everything else was great. Thank you.
