Please note that the Family Suite and Double Room with Spa Bath may not be suitable for guests arriving outside reception hours, as these rooms are located in the main B&B and late arrivals may disturb other guests. If you expect to arrive late, we kindly recommend booking an alternative room type. Please note that breakfast will not be available from 27 August to 23 September 2026. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Pericoe Retreat in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests are kindly requested to inform Pericoe Retreat in advance if any infants or pets will be staying in the room. Failure to advise in advance may result in your booking being cancelled with no refund given. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $20 per stay applies. Please note that additional guests above the maximum Double Room with Spa Bath - Non-Pet Friendly Room occupancy are not permitted.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
