  We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient, with everything close by. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach by message whenever we had a question.

  The location is excellent, with plenty of nice coffee shops and brunch spots nearby. Most of the main attractions are also within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Athens.

  We had requested a cot for our baby in advance, but when we arrived, the cot was not in the apartment. As we arrived late at night after a long journey, the host told us they were unable to bring it over until the following day. This was our first negative experience with the apartment. The following morning, we went to take a shower and discovered that there was no hot water. We had not been informed that the water heater needed to be switched on manually from the main control panel, and there were no instructions anywhere in the apartment. A simple note on the wall or in the information sheet or a message along with the check-in instructions would have been very helpful. The bathroom is extremely small and, as there is no window and very limited ventilation, it remains very damp. There was paint peeling from the ceiling due to the moisture. The apartment is on the ground/elevated floor, right next to the building entrance so you can hear people coming and going and the entrance door being slammed early in the morning and late at night. This was particularly inconvenient with a small child. Overall, we found the apartment quite cramped, with too many items and decorations taking up space. There were also a lot of artificial plants, which felt unhygienic and did not improve the appearance of the apartment, although this is of course a matter of personal taste. On the positive side, the hosts were kind enough to bring some typical Greek sweets and fresh flowers along with the baby cot the next day, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, particularly because of the issues we encountered immediately upon arrival and the lack of basic information about the apartment. We were only staying for two days, so we managed, but we would not choose to stay here again.
