Had a most wonderful stay at Perivoli Cottage. It is everything you wish for during a holiday. The views are absolutely wonderful. You can see the sea from the balcony and you also get a nice glimpse of the sunset colors and the sunrise. It has a beautiful, relaxing, big garden of olive trees. It is also very quiet, as it sits higher up on a hill. The only noises are rural, natural noises of roosters, sheep and dogs. The road to the cottage is also very easy. It feels very secluded because of the garden – you cannot really see any neighboring houses. It is also very close to nice beaches along the north coast. Lidl is 5 km away, which is also very handy. Rethymno is 20 mins away by car and the south coast is less than 1 h away. The villa itself is very clean, spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. There are also many outlets you can use to charge phones, etc. All doors and windows have screens, so you can leave them open to let the air flow, without worrying about flies getting inside. Every room has AC, so everyone can adjust their room's temperature as preferred. The bathroom is also very spacious and everything works well. The hosts are incredibly friendly and nice. Giorgios's parents welcomed us with a freshly baked, warm, traditional cheese pie and a basket of goodies. Overall, this property contributed to making our vacation in Crete one of the best yet! Would love to be back one day. Giorgios and his family, as well as the ThinkVilla Team, are exceptional hosts and the services they offer are of the best quality!

Highly recommended with a warm welcome from Yannis and Maria. Along with freshly baked feta pie and chilled wine and raki. The cottage is immaculate and felt like a home-from-home, couldn't have asked for more. Location is great to access other parts of the island, and close to Rethymno for local amenities, beaches, and cultural attractions.
