    Mi è dispiaciuto scoprire che si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. La casa molto bella ma con una bambina di 1 anno è stato un po’ faticoso. Posizione ottima e ottima la pulizia.

    Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek tuż nad morzem, gdy większość czasu chce się przeznaczyć na plażowanie

    Mieszkanie 50 metrów od Lungomare i zejścia na bezpłatną piaszczystą plażę. W promieniu 500 metrów liczne restauracje, sklepy spożywcze, piekarnie ze świeżym pieczywem i kawiarnie. Udało się znaleźć bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe tuż przy bloku

    Mieszkanie znajduje się na trzecim piętrze w starym bloku bez winy, część wspólna niezbyt korzystana wizualnie, ale to żaden problem przy wyremontowanym, funkcjonalnym mieszkaniu
