    The apartment was good. No remarks.

    Wi-Fi didn't work. It happens, no problem. But, when I called to report it I got the advice to type in the password better. It seems this suggested that I was illiterate or did not know how to type. I expected a better response and a solution for the problem, which, unfortunately, didn't come.
