    Schönes Hotel, absolut erstklassige Speisen im Restaurant.

    Erstklassiger Service, sehr zuvorkommend. Auch die gesicherte Unterbringung der Fahrräder war hervorragend.

    Das Bad war schon wirklich sehr eng. Aber sonst in Ordnung.

    Great small inn directly across from the Rhine

    A fantastic small inn directly across the road from the Rhine. Owner is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant is very good. Bad Salzig is quite quiet, so you’ll need to go down the road a bit to Bacharach for most shopping and other restaurants, or to find a quiet bench from which to watch the Rhine. The location along the Rhine is perfect for visiting nearby castles and towns. I expect to return here for a longer stay.

    Parking can be tight, but we always found at least 1 spot right at the inn.
