    Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Give 0 Stars If Possible

    I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this homestay. The booking was cancelled at the very last minute, which caused us a great deal of inconvenience and stress, especially as we had already made plans based on the confirmed reservation. What made the situation even worse was the lack of a sincere apology or proper explanation from the host. Cancelling a confirmed booking at the last minute is already unacceptable, but showing little concern for the inconvenience caused to the guest is even more disappointing. As a guest, I expect a basic level of professionalism, responsibility, and respect. If there was an issue with the booking, it should have been communicated properly and much earlier, giving us enough time to make alternative arrangements. Unfortunately, this experience has completely ruined our trust in this homestay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Good customer service is not only about providing a place to stay—it is also about respecting guests and taking responsibility when problems occur. Honestly, this homestay does not deserve even 1 star based on our experience. I hope the management/host takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they handle confirmed bookings and communicate with guests in the future.
