    Da localização, do tamanho do flat e instalações em geral.

    Penso que deveria ter pelo Menos uma garrafa de água de 1.5 Litro que custa 5,00, uma máquina de fazer café em cápsulas com algumas cápsulas e algum ou outro agrado.
