    Appartamento ricavato al piano terra di un edificio alquanto datato. Ho alloggiato qui in piena estate, e l'alloggio era fresco. Molto vicino al centro cittadino, è possibile lasciare l'auto al parcheggio pubblico (anche se va ricordato che c'è una discreta scarpinata da fare dal parcheggio all'alloggio).

    La camera da letto ha degli scuri che separano dal resto dell'appartamento, non è una stanza separata, un po buio, ha una dotazione per la cucina alquanto misurata. Diciamo che è comunque un buon compromesso per vivere il centro di Perugia senza spendere una follia.

    Gentilezza proprietario.

    Odore di umido. L'unica finestra da sulla strada ed aprendola si è proprio alla vista di chi passa.

    L'assistenza telefonica passo passo. Struttura qualcosa da rivedere a parer mio.

    Ambiente un po' piccolo. Pulizia così così.
