    It was a beautiful hotel, with stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens.

    The power outlets in my room were not working. I requested an iron, but I was brought two faulty irons on separate occasions. Upon checking in, I noticed blood stains on the pillowcase, the bathroom bin was full, and the toilet flush was broken. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were secured with metal fixtures to prevent guests from stealing them. However, the fixtures were poorly designed and made it impossible to use the pumps properly. The young female staff members in the breakfast area seemed very dissatisfied with their jobs and showed little willingness to assist guests. The breakfast was also far below the standard expected of a five-star hotel. Although the hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture and lovely gardens, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The room was full of ants!!!!!

    Staff was really very kind and helpfull

    The bathroom included a bath; however there was no plug. We asked at reception but they informed us that none of the rooms offered the possibility to take a bath; no plugs available … very, very strange in such a high end hotel …

    Localização não excelente, mas muito boa. Instalações excelentes. O palácio, uma maravilha e bem conservado. Café da manhã (pequeno almoço) muito, muito bom! Funcionários, desde a recepção até a camareira, muito profissionais e gentis. Chuveiro bom. Quartos muito bons, roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade.

    Não tenho observações negativas a fazer.
