Μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια Πλούσιο πρωινό Πολύ καλό το προσωπικό καθαριότητας
Ο καφές φίλτρου στο πρωινό ήταν κακός Είναι μακριά από το κέντρο και από στάση μετρό. Στο check-out ζητούσαν να ξαναπληρώσουμε τις δύο βραδιές διαμονής ενώ τις είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει. Πληρώσαμε για 2 βραδιές (2 δωμάτια) 1.225€ και αμφισβητούσαν τη χρέωση που είχαμε ήδη στην πιστωτική μας κάρτα. Φύγαμε νοιώθωντας ότι μας έκαναν χάρη που μας το επέτρεψαν. Ίσως ήταν λάθος μιας κακής υπαλλήλου, όμως μας χάλασε όλη την καλή εικόνα που είχαμε σχηματήσει. Τελικά μάλλον είναι λάθος της πολιτικής χρέωσης του ξενοδοχείου αφού η χρέωση στην πιστωτική μας κάρτα δεν έγινε σε μια δόση αλλά σε δύο δόσεις, χωρίς κάποια λογική και μάλιστα στη μια το πρωι! Απαράδεκτο για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων.

Beautiful hotel is a great haven for Porto stay
Spectacular setting on Duoro river, main building is a re-purposed palace and is gorgeous inside and out. Good breakfast and attentive staff made this a great stay!
Booked a 'twin room'- bed needed to be divided and re-made, which was quickly done. Rooms could be brighter and lighting setup was quirky.

Espetacular, café delicioso e experiência unica
Simplesmente incrível. Staff extremamente educado e atencioso, nos atenderam prontamente e com muita gentileza quando pedimos para antecipar em 1h o nosso check in. O café da manhã é divino. O melhor de muitos anos de viagens! Muita variedade, produtos de primeira e frescos. E o palácio é um espetáculo a parte. Recomendo demais.
