    Cannot be five star with bed bugs and shabby rooms

    I liked the jacuzzi, the view from the room and the foam party in the room. Loved the swim up pool bar.

    There were bed bugs in the bed so we had to move rooms and the room was much smaller than the first and there was only a glass screen between the toilet and the bed. They weren’t apologetic enough about the bugs and that we had to move at 4:30 am. The rooms were very shabby and dated and smelled musty. The mini bar only had two minions children’s drinks in. Beds were hard and very uncomfortable. No plugs apart from one in the floor. It was definitely not a five star hotel.

    Food was great! Stuff was very helpful. Location was very good.

    The furniture is too old and the closet smells of mold. The fridge also has mold.
