    Tasteful cottage close to Ballarat and Sovereign Hill

    It was a very nice house, tastefully decorated, the equipment with plates, glasses, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, tv...was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, dining area, lounge and reading area were great. We loved the fireplace in the dining/kitchen. It was also close to a bus stop to and from Ballarat station and walking distance to the Sovereign Hill attraction.

    The only negative was the hot water in the bathtub, we couldn't get the water to be hot, it was just warm. The shower was good though. Not sure what we needed to do but it never happened to us before.

    I would recommend this cute cottage. A great location and easy to find.

    It was lovely and warm on entering and furnished beautifully. It was easy to light the wood heater to the delight of our overseas visitors. The cottage had character and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was amazingly equipped perfect for a large group of people. Restaurant recommendations were perfect and we were thankful for that. The Italian food and ambiance was amazing. Plenty of car park space for our big 4 wheel drives.

    A pity we could not stay longer.

    Comfortable home perfect for family/ pet stay!

    Great location adjacent to parklands, quick to visit the central shops and Sovereign Hill. Comfy rooms, with recently updated bathroom and well provisioned kitchen. Big yard with secure fencing, great for my medium sized dogs. Wood fire was so warm and fun to use!
