    Sehr günstige Lage, gute Anschlussmöglichkeiten zum Zentrum, WiFi verlässlich, Park Belvedere sehr nahe, Kaffees/Streetfood, Restaurants, aber auch Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nett war die "Grund-Ausstattung" in der Küche -paar Kaffeekapseln/Teebeutel/Tabletten für den Spüler. Bett hat eine eher festere Matratze, aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Große Kopfkissen sind subjektive Sache, dafür keine Abzüge. Wohnung ist nett, bequem und sauber. Uns hat die Straßenbahn nicht gestört, gehört zum Stadtwohnen dazu. Partys gab's nicht. Für sehr empfindliche Gäste empfehlen wir Ohrstöpsel für die Nacht. Auch Check+in System mit dem automatischen Türöffner war erste (gute) Erfahrung. Alles top, gerne wieder.

    Ältere Nachbarin konnte mit ihrer Zigarette nicht bis vor die Tür warten und füllte das ganze Treppenhaus mit dem Qualm. Naja... Betrifft aber nicht die Wohnung direkt. Keine bösen Überraschungen.

    Замечательное расположение, близко к Belvedere. Чистые апартаменты, есть все необходимое для 4 человек.

    На наше пребывание в этих апартаментах в Вене было очень жарко, поэтому нам очень не хватало кондиционера. Вентиляторы были, но было слишком жарко. В предпоследний день возникла проблема с котлом, поэтому не было горячей воды.

    Me senti em casa , muito aconchegante .

    Espaço amplo, moderno e aconchegante .

    A acomodação é realmente boa. O que não gostei não está relacionado ao apartamento em si, mas à estrutura do prédio. O hall que antecede o elevador tem uma iluminação ruim e de difícil acesso, o que acaba prejudicando um pouco essa área.
