    Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and complete layout of house. Everything we needed was accessible. Beds were comfy, more than enough space. Linens were clean, house smelled fresh, and there was ample supply of extras to accommodate our party of 7.

    The only disappointment was we had to leave! FYI, after filling the tub for a nice bath, hot water ran out for a bit.
