    We nearly left due to poor busy location, no parking and poor customer service.

    It was clean.

    Uncomfortable beds, bad double glazing on a very busy road and not the location of a holiday cottage. We asked for a refund of some of our stay as one person had to sleep on the floor the mattress was so old and tired. The neighbours alarm was going off all nights and we returned each evening to another disturbed nights sleep on both nights.

    The location was ideal for the venue we were attending.

    The accommodation advertised sleeping arrangements for 6 people, however, the sofa bed in the lounge was unsafe and unacceptable for 2 adults. The mattress protector covering the thin mattress, was stained with what appeared to be urine and faecal matter. Behind the sofa bed was extremely stained and covered in dried food detritus. The duvet cover provided was stained and unfit for use. Only 1 pillow was provided. This was all immediately reported to the rental agency. The following day, we were provided with a new mattress protector, which was pointless, given that the sofa bed was unusable resulting in 2 members of our party having to sleep on the floor. Due to lack of communication from the rental agency, I have submitted a written report with photographic evidence to Book.com.
