La tranquilidad y paz del sitio. Susana estuvo muy atenta en todo momento, nos recomendó lugares donde comer. Es muy atenta y contesta muy rápido a los mensajes. La casa es un espectáculo, si buscas la paz, este es tu sitio. Es grande, bonito y tranquilo. Volvemos 100%

Entschleunigung pur!
Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Wintermonate Januar bis April. Susana war ein toller Host. Sehr responsive und fürsorglich. Kommunikation in Spanisch. In den Wintermonaten, in denen es recht kalt war im Haus, hat sie uns einen kleinen Heizkörper und eine große warme Decke für das Bett besorgt. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein ursprüngliches Lanzarote Haus, das mit Geschmack renoviert worden ist, sodass man eine echte Lanzarote Erfahrung bekommen kann. Guatiza ist ein netter Ort, wo wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Typisches Lanzarote Haus. Das Bett ist sehr gross mit guter Matratze.
- Wenn es regnet plätschert das Wasser laut direkt am Schlafzimmer auf den Boden. - Das Haus ist relativ feucht und muss ständig gelüftet werden. - Der Sitzplatz draussen ist oft dem starken Nordwind ausgesetzt. Frühstücken in der Sonne draussen war nicht möglich. - Der Norden der Insel bekommt nicht genug Leitungswasser. Wir hatten jeder Woche Phasen zwischen Mittwoch und Donnerstag ohne Wasser. - Die Küchenstühle sind nett zum Ansehen, für uns waren sie sehr unbequem. - Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nie benutzt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt trotz der oben genannten Erfahrungen.
