Overall, value for money it’s okay because of location and good beach and the chalet owner who was super helpful.
- Location is very close to marina north coast and sidi abdelrahman - chalet owner is very helpful and decent whenever I had any issues - Beach was also very nice
- Cleanliness wasn’t top (even though the owner helped me on cleaning another time by sending someone to clean again) - Chalet is super hot, only one room with AC other room is very hot and salon too. - Mattress of master bedroom makes noise when sleeping and has some bumps (needs to be changed) - Bathroom also needs some maintenance, there was water pouring on the floor every day.

Le chalet est bien situé mais malheureusement n’est pas entretenu et géré par des gens qui ne sont pas dans le domaine !!! État vétuste et sale !!! Le propriétaire essayait soit disant de trouver une solution mais après ne répondait plus, on a du se demerder car la solution apportée c’est des draps plats même pas adapté à la taille du matelas… on a fini par acheter nos propres draps pour pouvoir dormir car le propriétaire ne répond plus !!!
La propreté laisse à désirer , draps sales ( on a du acheter nos propres draps!!!!!!!), salle de bain mal nettoyé, plinthe cassé, le bain bouché, fuite d’eau et j’en passe , heureusement l’extérieur est jolie et proche de la mer, un conseil au propriétaire, vous avez un jolie logement qui a du potentiel, prenez soins et ne laissez pas à des gens qui ne sont pas des professionnel !!!

Beach was good
Chalet wasn't clean, kattle is not working, AC is in one room only and the reception area was super hot even with the fan.
