    It's location easy access to centre point and api-api centre, landlord very helpful

    It's convenient location easy access to centre point and api-api centre

    No parking for my nissan urvan nv350 because it's to high and wide, even though the management marina court can't give me visitors parking lot, I have to pay rm50 from night till 8.00 morning, after that have to pay by hours. They have to consider it's free for the tenant due to my problem nissan urvan can't park at the unit apartment's parking.

    Ok, ma… poteva essere meglio

    Buona posizione, sicurezza all’entrata, piccolo negozio dentro lo stabile

    Insonorizzazione zero assoluto. La notte fanno gare in strada e non si dorme. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato una blatta e c’erano piccole formichine/i settimi dappertutto (soprattutto zona cucina)
