Location is good apartment would benefit from a good clean , better linen , kitchen bench.
Renovations next door - told if would be a day of 2 but went for entire 14 day stay The kitchen bench is dreadful and mould smell in kitchen sink cupboard- it impacts overall experience value of the property. cleaning was very basic. Pool not heated. Linen -sheets and pillows and slips are poor quality. Windows and screens need cleaning- in and outside .

Great location can walk to Hastings St and Noosaville but wouldn’t book again
Location was good furniture was fairly new and comfortable
We thought we were renting the unit overlooking the pool and Noosa sound not a unit at the back, the kitchen is very tired and needs updating plus the mould smell needs to be fixed

Spacious and well equipped apartment in perfect location
Perfect location, easy walking distance to Hastings Street and the Noosaville river area. Very spacious apartment with lots of light while still being private. Very well equipped - more than enough crockery, cutlery etc. Very friendly and efficient service from the team at Utopia. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely well presented apartment
Lovely apartment, with balcony and pool area. View of the canal. Easy walking distance to Noosa beach / near bus stop *minutes. Comfortable furniture and spacious living open plan area. Well stocked kitchen.

每年都會去Noosa，希望每次都能夠訂到房子
住宿地點很好門口就有公車，過馬路就是河道風景優美，後面陽台也有河道小沙灘設備齊全，管理人員的回覆非常迅速而且願意幫忙我們寄放行李
地下停車場停車格旁邊有大柱子停車要小心以免車速過快或是技術不好有可能會刮到車子
