La taille de la chambre et l'espace de vie. Le lit confortable
Lavabo pas fixé correctement donc fuite. Chasse d'eau inefficace. Frigo non branché donc pas d'eau fraîche en arrivant. Impossibilité de modifier la température de l'air conditionné. Petit déjeuner très simpliste.
