  A Wonderful Holiday at Pharaoh Azur Resort ❤️🌴

  We had a really lovely stay at Pharaoh Azur Resort! Honestly, we enjoyed our holiday a lot, and what made it special was not just the beautiful beach, the activities, or the food, but above all, the people working there. You can really feel the effort they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to some truly amazing people! ❤️ First, a big thank you to Ali Mohamed, the beach towel attendant. Ali is a genuinely respectful, kind, and helpful person. His attitude and the way he treats guests are exceptional. He always leaves a great impression, and people like him really make a difference in the overall holiday experience. He deserves all the appreciation! Another big thank you to Mohamed Felix from the animation team. He creates such a great atmosphere around the swimming pool and brings so much positive energy to the place. The animation team in general did a fantastic job, and we especially loved the evening shows and parties. The nighttime entertainment was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! 🎉 I would also like to thank Tarzan, the excursions sales representative. He is a genuinely respectful and decent person who treats people in a very friendly and professional way. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and he definitely deserves a special mention! And of course, a huge thank you to the entire restaurant team for their friendliness, hard work, and hospitality. Everyone contributed to making our stay enjoyable. About the food 🍽️ The overall food quality was very good, and there was a nice variety of options. However, I think there is still some room to make the food even better, especially when it comes to the taste and seasoning of certain dishes. For example, the kofta and pizza could be improved. Adding more flavour, better seasoning, and a little more of that delicious Egyptian touch would make a real difference!

One idea I would absolutely love to see is a fresh Egyptian shawarma station by the beach, serving both chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches. Imagine enjoying a proper Egyptian shawarma while sitting by the sea! . I'm sure this would be a huge hit with guests and would add something really special to the resort. A few suggestions that could make the experience even better: I personally don't think billiards should come with an extra charge at an all-inclusive resort. It would be great if guests could enjoy this kind of activity for free, as it would add more value to their stay and give them another fun way to spend their time. Also special coffee like Turkish Coffee. I also think the à la carte restaurants could offer a more special experience compared to the main restaurant, particularly the Oriental restaurant. Guests usually expect something different when they book a specialty restaurant, with more authentic flavours, distinctive dishes, and a unique dining experience. With a little more attention to these details, it could become a real highlight of the holiday. Another small suggestion concerns the drinks and glasses. It would be great to have separate, clearly distinguishable glasses for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Not everyone drinks alcohol, and keeping the glasses separate would be a thoughtful touch that respects the preferences of all guests.

  Nice short stay it will be repeated again

  The check in was very fast , within 15 minutes , we arrived at 12:30 PM , we received the room cards at 12:45 PM , I think the responsible person name was Yehia regardless that we arrived earlier than the official check in time & the hotel is fully booked (Mashaa Allah) , but Yehia even showed us the hotel Map & allowed us to select two bungalows The Lunch location is amazing at the beach restaurant , the lunch is normal , not fantastic but fine can fulfill your needs but it can contains more varieties especially for the salades , few kinds of salads , during lunch & dinner , it should be improved. Abd Elrahman fathy from the reception was following us every day through the phone to be sure that everything is going well , until check out finally we meet him , very nice & helpful guy, the beach & sea are amazing , the guards are very active & helpful , they always clean the stairs to avoid any slippage for the guests & they are always exist from 8 am till 6 , while the sunset was at 6:20 pm but they let you enjoy the beach & sea till the last moment The housekeeping guy in our area called Abd Elrahman , he was very nice , cooperative , we never search for him , he always find us and offers to complete any needed staff , items , water & so on , starting from 8 am , until 5pm he is always around the room. One of the most positive points which I was worried about , the hotel was fully booked , but you can easily find table in the main restaurants during the 3 meals , also to find good location at the beach , we didn't feel crowded at all.

  Mosquitoes in the bungalows during night , it's highly recommended to put one killer device in each bungalow Some of the bar men , not smiling , serving you annoyed &, create long line for no meaning , may be he is alone & work for long time , but the beach bar should include at least 2 smiley persons. we called the reception twice , to send the golf car , one time he said ok & close the phone without any feedback , even he didn't send the golf car , 2nd time in another day he said ok & closed the phone quickly , but he send the golf car. More varieties for the food , and salads , very poor , any restaurant serve 10-12 types of salads , so it's normal for hotel restaurant to serve more salads. It's highly recommended to install handrail at the bungalow entrance beside the 3 steps to support old guests.

  fantastica recomendable al cien por cien

  todo fue realmente increíble empezando por la comida, absolutamente todo estaba super bueno y con una gran variedad, la piscina bastante grande y con muchas actividades gracias a todos los animadores, la habitación super cómoda y con todas las peticiones cumplidas. la verdad si vuelvo ha hurghada no dudare en repetir hotel. sin duda una gran experiencia para relajarse en familia o en mi caso con amigos. gracias a todos en especial a los animadores.

  la discoteca que nos llevaron no fue muy agradable sobretodo por quien nos llevo, parecía que era el jefe de los animadores, una persona muy arrogante y parecía enfadado en todo momento.
