  We came for a week, and if it were up to us, we'd have stayed forever. Hotel Philoxenia in Corfu gave us our best holiday so far. 😄 The location is spot on. The island's most beautiful places are easy to reach, and having parking right at the hotel means zero stress about where to leave the car. The beach is about a 150-meter stroll downhill from the hotel. We rented a boat there that doesn't need a license, so we got to feel like captains without risking our careers. ⛵ Afterwards, we had delicious stifado and fresh fish at the restaurant nearby. The walk back uphill is the perfect way to work off lunch. 😉 Breakfasts were so varied that every morning we faced a dilemma worthy of Hamlet: what to choose? (Spoiler: everything.) Everything was clean and friendly, and from the first minute we felt well looked after. And then Takis, the hotel owner, showed up with a mojito. The best one we've ever had. Apologies to all the other mojitos of the world, but the bar has been set very high. 🍹 The atmosphere was fantastic, and packing our suitcases on the last day was the hardest moment of the whole trip. Takis, keep some ice for us for next time!

  Fortement conseillé !

  Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel Philoxenia où nous sommes restés une semaine. La chambre vue mer promet de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La climatisation était fortement apprécié pour un séjour en Septembre. Les chambres étaient nettoyées tous les jours avec les lits faits. Nous avons adoré l'espace piscine avec vue mer et montagne ainsi que le bar permettant de prendre un verre dans l'eau. Merci à Sir Takis pour son accueil :) L'hôtel propose des excursions à la journée pour l'île de Corfou ou les îles à proximité. Nous avons pris tous les dîners au restaurant de l'hôtel situé en contre-bas sur la plage. La carte est variée et le personnel très sympathique. Nous conseillons toutefois d'être véhiculé pour profiter de l'île depuis l'hôtel.

  Für ein paar Nächte ausreichend

  Super Lage! Der Strand direkt bei der Unterkunft ist ok. Hier gehen auch einige Touren los. Der Pool mit Poolbar ist sehr schön. Die Getränke und das Essen an der Poolbar sind super!

  Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück musste man selbst abräumen (auf einen Tisch im Raum, von dem dann eine Sekunde später das Personal abgeräumt hat). Ist grundsätzlich ok, in diesem Fall war es aber sinnlos. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber zum dort schlafen ist es ok. Klimaanlage ging nicht, haben wir auch gesagt, aber es kam niemand zum Nachschauen.

  Velmi mily a ochotny personal, hlavne pan na recepci Snidane neni uplne extra ale je dostacujici Pekny a cisty pokoj

  V arealu byla tehotna kocicka, meli by ji nechat vykastrovat Kvuli bource netekla nejakou dobu tepla voda, ale pak už tekla. Na snidani chybela slanina k vajickum. Pristylka nebyla prilis pohodlna, pro dite v pohode, pro vysokeho dospeleho cloveka je postel kratka.
