It was great. Everything worked. Had no problems during our stay.
We got no breakfast. Location was good.
There was a huge hole in the wall behind the master bathroom toilet that needed repair.

Beautiful view of beach and Gulf view. Pool was nice. Good bathrooms near pool. Plenty of hoses to clean feet & beach gear on walkway from beach.
Small/narrow bathrooms. No sofa sleeper as described in condo amenities, and no extra sheets for 1 child to sleep on couch. Blanket in closet smelled. Top bunks too close to ceiling. Frame of one set of bunks was loose; caused noise and movement when either person moved (reported when we left). Also one of lower steps on bunk ladder was split (also reported when we left). When toilet clogged, we had to use 3 towels on floor. Sent message to request new replacement towels; said we should launder them. Eventually called ALBVR to explain use of towels was not our problem due to toilet issue. Then they delivered some new towels later in day. Supposedly, maintenance did some 'spiff cleaning ' after fixing toilet. We did not witness their work, but would have been helpful to have some cleaning supplies for bathrm. We would have been happy to do more cleansing. Main hall bathroom faucet was very odd to figure out. Never saw a configuration like it to adjust water temp. Didn't work for younger children to make sure they didn't get burned from hot water. Staff at condo not helpful to our group because our unit was not rented thru Brett Robinson (guess most in this bldg are thru them.)

The view
Setting in the heat on July 3rd with 2 people in wheel chairs and 3 screaming children for over an hour and a half without a way to get in the unit I do not recommend renting unit 801
