The place was very good and no hidden surprises. The landlord Paul was very good and helped me out

This was considered a condo and it was right over the pool just like it showed in booking.com. Nice patio with washing machine that I could use for free which I used a lot being here 2 months. The living room had couch and good size flat screen TV with Netflix and internet options. The kitchen had everything you need to do your own cooking with big refrigerator. The restroom was good with good hot water. The bedroom was good size with plenty of room to store your clothes. I would recommend this unit no 35 from Paul anytime. Great for 2 people.

Nothing was bad. Everything was good and extended 3 extra days that the landlord was able to do for me.
